For a long time, I searched for happiness outside of myself. I looked for it in things, in moments, and in places I thought would complete me. But the more I searched, the more I realized that what I was looking for was not there.
The things I wanted did not always come to me. The answers I searched for did not always appear. And slowly, I turned my attention inward.
That is when I discovered something beautiful — peace was already within me.
I started to understand myself, my emotions, my feelings, and my thoughts. I learned to listen to my own heart and accept the person I truly am.
I was not lost; I was simply looking in the wrong direction.
The happiness I was searching for was never outside of me. It was waiting quietly within.

“The greatest discovery was not finding something new, but understanding myself.”
